BOOKING QUESTIONS

Q: "Do I have to select the New Guest Experience?"

Yes, all first time guests and returning guests who have not been serviced in our salon for 2 months or more are required to book the New Guest Experience.click “book” and the add on.

Q: “Are there amenities offered in salon?”

Yes, complimentary Water, Coffee or Tea, WiFi, Free Parking, Disabled Access, Silent Reservations & CoWorking Sessions (upon request for guests who need to quiet time for peace & relaxation or to fulfill remote work obligations, we have you covered.

Q: “I want to add to my reservation, how do I add a Strengthening Treatment etc?”

The add-on menu is accessible on our booking site after you select the experience of your choice, click “book” and the “add to your appointment” box will appear where you can select the add ons of your choice.

Q: “Are retainer fees refundable?”

Retainer fees are non-refundable and may be used toward a different date/time for one rescheduled reservation if reservation is rescheduled with a three day notice before your original reservation. Reservations may only be rescheduled once. If your Specialist cancels, your retainer will be refunded within 72 hours.

Q: “Are after our reservations available?”

Yes, “Extended Hour” reservations can be requested via email, help@renewedhairtherapy.com should you need a reservation outside of normal business hours at an additional fee that is due in full at booking.

Q: “Can I add on treatments at my reservation?”

We work efficiently to sure all our guests, reservations begin, and in on time. Therefore add ons are not available in person.

Q: “What happens if I need to reschedule/cancel my reservation?”

Reservations can be rescheduled or canceled via your confirmation email.



1/CANCELLATION POLICY: You will not be charged if you cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation begins. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price due to the late cancellation.

2/NO SHOW POLICY: In the event that you do not arrive for your scheduled reservation, You will be charged for the full service price.

Q: “Who do I contact if something is wrong with my order?”

If there is something wrong with your products or order, please contact us at help@renewedhairtherapy.com.ns if I need to reschedule/cancel my reservation?

Q: “Can I get a refund?”

So much love and attention has gone into creating Renewed Hair Therapy so you can nourish your scalp and grow your natural hair. Due to safety concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product was mishandled during shipping, please email help@renewedhairtherapy.com within 7 business days of receiving your order so that we can resolve your issue. Please provide your order number with as many details, and pictures (if applicable), so that we can assist you.

Q: “Are your products Cruelty, Phthalates and Paraben Free? Are they Vegan?”

All our products are Cruelty, Phthalates and Paraben free. 95% of our products are vegan. The only exception are goat milk products and products that have beeswax beeswax is acceptable by the vegan community.

Q: “Is Renewed Hair Therapy Products sold at any other retailer?”

No, Renewed Hair Therapy Products are only sold at RenewedHairTherapy.com.

Q: “How will I know when an out of stock product has been restocked?”

Q: “Should I be worried about any allergic reactions to Renewed Hair Therapy products?”

Many natural ingredients such as Lemongrass may be allergens. If you have any such allergies, we encourage you to explore the full list of the ingredients included in each of our products on the digital product pages under the expandable additional information tab.

Q: “Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?”

Yes! But make sure to do a patch test for 24 hr before applying to hair and scalp. Also, talk to a licensed professional to see what’s best for you and your hair.

Q: “What if I input the wrong address at checkout?”

You have 4 hours to contact us at help@renewedhairtherapy.com to submit your corrections before your order is processed!

Q: "Will your products work for my hair?"
